Each blast causes a subtle tremor that shakes both the quarry and the Ashlines’ winery. Shelly recalls, “When they blast, we shake. It’s just a little tremor, but since they’re shaking rock and shaking us, we thought it was a fitting and memorable name for our business.” This playful connection to their environment adds character and charm to their winery’s identity.
